2. 2. Customers can exchange products only once within 07 days from the date of purchase, under the following conditions:

   • Products must still have sales invoice.
   • Products must have intact labels and price tags.
   • Products are not dirty or damaged by external factors after leaving the store.
4. 4. Products purchased at the store can be exchanged at any store in the GolfBy system nationwide.
5. 5. The exchanged product must have equal or higher value than the purchased product:
   • In case the exchanged product has a lower value, GolfBy will not refund the difference.

Delivery policy

With the goal of bringing convenience and speed to customers when purchasing products, GolfBy applies the following shipping policy:

1. For Hanoi area

• Free shipping for orders worth 3,000,000 VND or more .
• For orders with a value of less than 3,000,000 VND , GolfBy will notify shipping costs after working with the shipping unit.
• Delivery time: 7 to 10 days from order date, excluding holidays and weekends

2. For other areas

• Free shipping for orders of 3,000,000 VND or more and compact in size .
• For other orders, shipping costs will be applied based on the shipping unit's price list.
• Delivery time: Varies from 10 to 15 days from the time of order, depending on geographic location and product quantity.
• Before delivery, GolfBy will contact to confirm and notify shipping costs for customers to understand.
